SMS / text messaging program
If you provide your mobile phone number to us, you may receive text messages from Greystone related to the services you have requested. This is a service messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message types: appointment confirmations, scheduling and dispatch updates, on-the-way notifications, follow-up about completed work, and replies to questions you have texted us
Message frequency varies based on the work in progress at your property
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier
Opt-in. You opt in to receive text messages from Greystone by providing your mobile number to us in connection with a service request, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opt-out and help. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You can also text HELP at any time to receive a help reply with our contact information. Data sharing for SMS. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers. We share information with third parties that help us run our business, such as our hosting provider, our scheduling and dispatch software (Housecall Pro), our accounting software (QuickBooks), and our mobile messaging aggregator. These providers are bound by confidentiality and use the information only to provide services to us.
Property owners and managers. When we perform work for a property managed by a third party, we share relevant job information (scheduling, scope, photos, invoices) with that property owner or management company.
Legal obligations. We may share information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, the safety of any person, or the integrity of our operations.
Data retention
We keep customer and project records for as long as we need them to provide services, meet our contractual obligations, and satisfy legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. When that need ends, we delete or anonymize the information.
